The People Behind Plumbing Known Rome GA
Family-owned and operated in Rome, GA since 2004. Licensed, insured, and committed to honest plumbing service for every homeowner and business in Floyd County.
Our Story — Rome, GA Plumbing Built on Trust
Plumbing Known Rome GA was founded in 2004 with a simple belief: Rome homeowners deserve plumbing service from someone who actually lives here — not a franchise dispatched from Atlanta.
Over 20 years, we’ve grown from a one-truck operation to a full team of licensed plumbers. We’ve worked on Rome’s oldest historic homes on the Hill, new construction in North Rome, and everything in between. We know Floyd County’s water, its aging cast-iron pipes, its hard mineral content, and its neighborhoods.
We’re not a call center. When you call (762) 470-0888, you reach our local team — the same people who will show up at your door. No middlemen, no subs, no surprises.
20 Years Serving Rome, GA
Founded in Rome, GA. Started as a one-man operation focused on residential plumbing repairs in East Rome and North Rome.
Expanded to commercial plumbing. Added second licensed plumber to handle Floyd County’s growing demand.
Added 24/7 emergency service. Rome homeowners shouldn’t wait until Monday for a burst pipe — so we don’t make them.
Expanded to tankless water heater installation and whole-home repiping. Began serving Cave Spring, Armuchee, and Lindale.
Added leak detection with non-invasive equipment. Rome homeowners can find leaks without tearing up their floors.
500+ five-star reviews. Still the same family-owned operation — just with more trucks, more tools, and more ways to help Rome.
How We Work — Our Core Values
Upfront Pricing
You get a written quote before we touch anything. The price we quote is the price you pay — no exceptions, no hidden fees.
Local First
We live in Rome. We shop here, our kids go to school here. We have a stake in our reputation that a franchise dispatcher never will.
Licensed Plumbers Only
Every job is done by a licensed GA plumber — not a helper, not a sub, not an apprentice working alone. Licensed work, every time.
We Show Up On Time
We give you a 2-hour arrival window and we keep it. If we’re running late, you hear from us before the window closes — always.
Credentials & Licensing
Rome, GA — Our Home, Not Just Our Market
We’ve lived in Rome, GA our whole careers. We know the Hill district’s aging cast-iron systems. We know the hard mineral content that comes out of Floyd County wells. We know which neighborhoods flooded in the storms of 2009 and which basements still bear the marks. That’s not something you get from a call-center plumber dispatched from Marietta.
We sponsor local youth sports, donate to the Rome Area Council for the Arts, and show up at community events because this is where we live — not just where we work. When you hire us, your money stays in Rome, GA.
We serve all of Rome and surrounding Floyd County communities:
